The operating entity behind EuProcure has not been settled, so this page does not yet name a legal counterparty or a governing law. Everything else on it describes what the site actually does today. It is excluded from search results until it is complete.
What this service is
EuProcure collects public procurement notices published by the European Union on its TED portal, structures them, and makes them searchable. We do not run tenders, take part in them, or act for buyers or suppliers. What exactly is covered is set out on the data & coverage page.
Accuracy, and why the original always wins
Everything here is derived. We parse notices, translate some fields, link award notices back to the contract notices they belong to, and apply corrigenda. Each of those steps can be wrong, and a notice can be amended at the source after we have read it.
So: the notice on TED is the authoritative version, always. Every tender page here links to it. Deadlines, values and scope shown on this site are provided to help you find a tender, not to be relied on when you act. A missed deadline or a misread requirement is not something we can make good, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the strength of what you read here.
Using the site
Read it, search it, link to it, quote it. What we ask you not to do is take the site down for everyone else: automated bulk collection beyond what a person browsing would generate, attempts to bypass the rate limits, or probing for weaknesses. Requests are throttled, and persistent abuse gets blocked.
The underlying notices are EU open data and you do not need us to get at them — TED publishes bulk downloads. If you want the data in volume, take it from there rather than from us.
Who owns what
The notices are published by the European Union and reused under its open data terms. We claim nothing over them. What is ours is the arrangement: the structuring, the linking between notices, the classification, the design and the code.
EuProcure is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the European Union, the Publications Office, or TED.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, complete or current at any given moment. We may change it, restrict parts of it behind an account, or stop it entirely.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the updated date below changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
Governing law
Not yet stated: the governing law follows from where the operating entity is established, and that has not been settled. It will be named here before the site is promoted to real users, and it is left blank rather than guessed at because a jurisdiction clause naming the wrong country is worse than none.
