Le marché concerne la fourniture de logiciels afin de réaliser l'installation, la configuration, l'intégration, la migration d’une nouvelle architecture informatique dont le but est de gérer l’accès web vers le système central du Registre National. Cette infrastructure fonctionnera de manière redondante sur les deux datacenters de production du Registre national. Le marché comprend également les formations requises du personnel du Registre national.
