De Belastingdienst ontvangt jaarlijks meer dan 55.000 sollicitaties, waarvan er bijna 50.000 worden afgewezen. Dit leidt tot teleurstelling bij kandidaten en tot een aanzienlijke werklast voor medewerkers. Zij moeten handmatig duizenden cv’s en motivatiebrieven beoordelen en vervolgens duizenden afwijzingen versturen. Dit proces verloopt volledig handmatig binnen het huidige Applicant Tracking Sytem (ATS). Kandidaten die worden afgewezen — ook als ze wel geschikt zijn maar er onvoldoende positie...
