L’objectif principal du présent marché porte sur la mise en place d’un nouveau système d’information soutenu par un nouveau progiciel de gestion de portefeuilles incluant les fonctionnalités de gestion de caisse, de gestion des risques de marché et de crédit, de gestion du collatéral, du back office et de la comptabilité (en partie double) qui doit remplacer le système d’information actuel de gestion de la dette.
