Description

De opdracht betreft het onderhoud, beheer en beperkte aanpassing van een bestaande videoconferentie-toepassing voor interculturele bemiddeling, ontwikkeld voor het RIZIV. De diensten omvatten onder meer: beheer van de Google Workspace-omgeving, correctief en evolutief onderhoud van de applicatie, beperkte ontwikkeling van nieuwe of bestaande functionaliteiten, aankoop en opvolging van Google-licenties, ondersteuning volgens een vastgelegde Service Level Agreement (SLA).
